1 Introduction

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9 Disclaimers & Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pl999 expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

pl999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content.
• Any financial loss incurred at a third-party operator following use of the Platform's informational content.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pl999's operator is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction, as determined by pl999 at its sole discretion.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending final resolution of a dispute.
